DAY 1: ARRIVAL to PARO

Arrive at Paro International Airport (2300 mtr. a.s.l)
Drive to Thimphu city (2280 mtr. a.s.l), the capital of Bhutan
Visit the National Memorial Stupa and Jungshina paper factory
Visit the Handicrafts Emporium, School of thangka painting,and the National Library
Visit the National Institute of Traditional Medicine.
Evening leisure stroll in Thimphu town.

Overnight in Thimphu.

DAY 2: THIMPHU to PUNAKHA

After breakfast, drive to Punakha valley (1200 mtr. a.s.l)
Sightseeing and Visit at Dochula Pass (3150 mtr. a.s.l) enroute to Punakha
Visit and Hike to Chimi Lhakhang (Fertility Temple) enroute to Punakha
Visit Punakha Dzong (Fortress) and the small town
